Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Costa AV Futbol Camp (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides football coaching sessions, camps, and residential programmes in Spain.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made via our website, email, or approved channels. A booking is only confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received.

3. Payments

Prices are stated in Euros unless otherwise specified.
Deposits may be required to secure a place.
Full payment must be completed before participation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before start date: refund minus admin fee.
Less than 14 days: no refund unless exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions (weather, safety, low numbers). A refund or alternative will be offered.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants must:

Be physically fit to take part
Follow coach instructions at all times
Respect facilities, staff, and other players

We reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Medical & Health

Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.

We may seek emergency medical treatment if required.

7. Liability Waiver

Participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for:

Injuries sustained during normal football activities
Loss or theft of personal belongings

8. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance, especially for international camps.

9. Photography & Media

We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes.

You may opt out by notifying us in writing.

10. Residential Camps

Additional terms apply for accommodation, supervision, and travel logistics. These will be provided separately before confirmation.

11. Changes

We may update schedules, venues, or coaches where necessary.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
